Company Mission and Description can now scroll

After a user request, we have added the ability to have the company mission/vision or company description to scroll (crawl) up the screen. there is a scroll setting which defaults to 0 for no scroll. The scroll moves at the speed that you specify. special thanks to Max Chan from Malaysia for this feature request.
