HELP! My screen keeps locking up!

To ensure smooth playback of your digital signage, it's important that the business hours option be set correctly within the signage. The signage updates only once an hour when your location is closed.

For the most part, this will be configured when your account is setup. However, to make changes please follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account
2. Click the "Background" link
3. Scroll down to Business Hours
4. Set your open days and hours
5. Click Save

(If Business Hours isn't showing up, just click the "Advanced" button)
