Hi,
I have a 'Custom VKP80' printer attached to my Kiosk. How can I make it print the printouts so as to reduce the size and is able to fit on the 60-82.mm paper roll. thanks.

Not sure of this answer - can anyone else help?
Hi there. I am the moderator of the site and wanted to get back to you. Unfortunately, I do not have an answer for you. Can anyone help answer this?
One potential option is to go into the printer settings area of your koisk (if you have access to the software). If your system is running a version of Windows, it would be in the control panel / printers area. on Linux, the GUI for most operating systems has a visual printer configurator which is the easiest to use. If not, there is a file in the /etc directory called printcap. Be sure to browse the web for instructions on editing the printcap file by hand.
Hopefully someone else can come up with more specific answers for you. These general ones may get you started though.
